Please stop politicians taking any gifts "not just clothing"

Stop our elected representatives taking gifts from party donors / business and wealthy individuals period.

This practice creates potential conflict of interest.

If they don't want to represent us based on the salary offered, don't apply...!! It really is that simple..

Why is this important?

No gifts being permitted would promote and support accountability and more importantly transparency regarding who may have influence.

Those we elect in future, or those in a position to donate such gifts...
