Stop selfish drivers!!

Parking wardens should be able to give a ticket to selfish drivers that park in lay-bys more than 15 inches from the end, you see cars parked more than 2,3,4,5,6,7 feet from the end, if another driver does it at the other end of the bay, it often means 2 cars cannot park in the bay. You see this happening in all towns and it’s often difficult to find a parking space.
