stop the goverment cutting 40% from the mental health service

Mr Cameron is it fair that you should cut 40 % from the mental health service. 1in 4 people suffer .can you not see whay these cuts will do to the human race .to parents that have to arrange there child's funeral to pick up the pieces of there grieving siblings /grandparents/friends whilst trying to grieve themselves
