To: We can stop this stupidity
Stop the privatisation of Channel 4
Dear Sir,
The decision to go ahead with the privatisation of Channel 4 is utter stupidity.
The channel does not cost us anything, and it sticks to their remit so why let this precious service go to some foreign conglomerate that won't necessarily want to cater to the marginalised section of society.
We need to stop this nonsence and just let them continue to produce the amazing content they are known for.
Why is this important?
As a government owned entity, they have a clear remit to produce real TV programs that you won't find on the other channels, if it is privatised we will lose that, so i think it is something worth fighting for.
