STOP UNIVERSAL CREDIT SANCTIONS
Stop sanctions on people who receive Universal Credit. Show them real job alternatives if people can work. Everybody should receive a universal basic income to be able to survive. Sanctioning people makes problems worst and do not help people to search jobs and go to interviews if they are able to work.
Why is this important?
Universal Credit sanctions increase people problems rather than solving them. Everybody should be able to survive with a universal basic income. People are already in a difficult circumstances during the pandemic. The government, DWP and Job Centres should help them rather than sanctioning them.
