The very irregular 21 Bus Service in Halifax UK

The 21 bus service is a disgrace, completely irregular, with many cancellations and in total disregards of timetables. It is a disgrace and a real hardship for so many local people who have no other means of travel into and from the town center.
I have personally experienced the cancelation of four buses in a row and had to take a taxis home in a rainstorm. I am 91 years old and deserve much better as do all the potential passengers of the 21 service.
