To extend the theory test for learner drivers

Please decision maker I am a learner driver who took the third time to pass my theory test, mine ends in September 2022 and would really appreciate that it becomes extended for either 6months or 12months as we have lost time due to the pandemic many thanks hannah Jones

Why is this important?

It is important for this change to happen because I am registered disabled and becoming independent would help my mental health illnesses too.
