I would like the time to pay the toll charges changed to one week.
24 hours isn't enough if people forget or have an issue with phones or the app.
Give people a bit of time as we have busier lives now and most people area trying to evade payment.

Why is this important?
I paid for return journey ticket through the tunnel but apparently I paid a few hours late so ended up with a penalty charge even though I hadn't even used the return journey ticket yet.
They say you are allowed to appeal three times but they keep putting the cost up.
I paid £3.80 for a return ticket and now there trying to get another £100.
