Unbiased description of uk government proposals

Please assign a suitable person to explain, on a regular TV slot, and as simply as possible, UK government policy and proposals, i.e TTIP; NHS funding; City of London's independence of the rest of the UK. This would be a start. Perhaps more topics to follow should this take off.
