UNPAID CARERS

I am a full time worker and carer for my mum who has dementia and my partner who has cancer. I do not get paid to look after my family because I work full time. I think that it is about time the UK Government looked at this situation seriously.
For many thousands of people across the UK are in this situation. For whatever reason, we still have to find ways and means to help with supplying the comforts and equipment for our family members needs. A little help from the government would go a long way for us workers. We are the forgotten army that goes on regardless. Let's put the Great back in Great Britain and get parliament to listen.

Why is this important?

This could make such a lot of difference to help take the pressure off. Some people find this role a tough one juggling everything. We are a tough reliant group and carry on regardless. We never complain but we seem to have been forgotten.
