Hold utility companies accountable and ensure all road and pavement resurfacing is completed to a high standard by professional contractors.

Why is this important?

The majority of Bolton's roads and pavements have had work carried out by utility companies, but they are leaving the roads with awful, shabby workmanship. This is a massive problem all around Bolton, and probably across the whole of the UK.
