Utilities £200 Loan

We were told by Rishi Sunak we’d be getting a £200 loan for utilities which apparently we can’t refuse it’s mandatory so we have debt for the foreseeable future. If people want a loan they go to the bank from choice they don’t just have it dumped on them.

I hate debt and many people I’ve spoken to feel that this “loan” should be choice.
