Why is this important?
As a community we object the Proposed Residential Development at Former Rompney Castle Pub Wentloog Road, Rumney Cardiff.
Destroying a historic community building is devastating for the people of Rumney.
The proposed 26 flats and commercial property is not in keeping with Rumney Village, overlooking nearby property homes on Wentlog Road and Downton Road.
There is not sufficient parking for the properties proposed.
Wentlog Road is not safe for our children and residents as it is, especially at peak times.
