We want LGBTQ+ authors in our school say Joan of Arc Highbury school parents

Following the banning of acclaimed childrens author Simon James Green from speaking at a London Catholic school, parents of Joan of Arc School Highbury wish to declare their support for LGBTQ+ authors in our school

Why is this important?

So that our young LGBTQ+ community do not grow up feeling ashamed or frightened about who they are
