West Ayton Railway Station

West Ayton Railway Station should not be sold to the highest bidder for housing. As council tax payers the residents here in East and west Ayton already own the Station. this is why the premises need to be used in the public interest.

Why is this important?

Digging up old railway stations is, apart from anything else, a risk to everyone's health, as it is contaminated ground. The gas released is carcinogenic, and not suitable for housing.
