Wheelie Bins for all Residents of Inglewood Road

We would like all residents on the road to have access to their own individual wheelie bin for waste and recycling.
Rats are tearing at the bags of the black bags and it is encouraging more fly tipping.
Some residents have wheelie bins but not all.
We would like all residents on this road to have a wheelie bin.
