Widow/widowers pension scam
DWP are withholding pension contributions made by a spouse that has passes away. Where have these funds disappeared to and why does the Government pass these rules without any accountability regarding the funds made by us workers over a 50 + period of time. This must surely be illegal and what puts these departments outwith the law. They do not have the right to retain money we paid into the system. Our contributions are not Politicians private bank accounts. Who is accountable??
Why is this important?
This affects people from the past 20 years that should have been receiving Widows Pension. Pushing many into poverty when they should have been relatively safe in the fact they would have been inheriting as we should have been. If they are not giving us it, surely they should be refunding our portion of contributions made.
