Hangingwater, Whiteley Wood Road Safe Crossing Publicity event

In preparation for presenting the Hangingwater, Whiteley Wood Road safe crossing petition of over 6300 signatures to Sheffield City Council on Wednesday the 5th of October 2016, we are holding an event to take photographs outside the front of Sheffield Town Hall meeting at 10 am on Saturday the 1st of October.

This event is to make Sheffield City Council aware that we are serious about wanting a resolution (a crossing) at the junction of Hangingwater and Whiteley Wood Road and to let them know THAT WE ARE COMING.

We are looking for as many supporters, parents, children, along with walkers, runners and others. This event will take around 30 minutes. PLEASE Come and be a part of this event to show the Council that WE ARE NOT GOING TO GO AWAY, until a resolution is achieved.

Could you PLEASE WEAR A HIGH VISIBILITY VEST (we will have some spares on the day if you don’t own one).

Please RSVP (by clicking on the YES button) If you are able to attend, so that we can co-ordinate the numbers
Thank you
Martin and Lindsey Jacobs
