"You might as well live"

We meet on the 126th birthday of the inimitable Dorothy Parker whose comic-poetic objection to suicide provides the title of the regular meet up at the Oddfellows.
On our own Algonquin table will be an update on how we can replicate the work in Camden as well as the developments in Westminster and elsewhere. I'm also going to go over the school meals issue as well.
As usual, if you have anything you want to raise or place on the agenda, please let Linda or me know.
The whole of Dorothy Parker's verse is
“Razors pain you,
Rivers are damp,
Acids stain you,
And drugs cause cramp.
Guns aren't lawful,
Nooses give,
Gas smells awful.
You might as well live.”
I hope to see you all alive and well this Thursday at 7.30.
