Fund the NHS with NHS Bonds

Create NHS bonds to fund the NHS and have them paid for by the Bank of England.

Why is this important?

Britain's initial 1st World War effort was paid for by war bonds. In the event, when the war bonds were offered for sale, the public didn't buy them in any quantity. The Bank of England stepped in and bought the unsold majority https://www.google.co.uk/search?client=opera&q=bank+of+england+first+world+war+bonds&sourceid=opera&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8
If the BofE can create the funding necessary to enable the wartime destruction of the 'cream of a generation', there's no reason at all it couldn't fund the peacetime health and well being of present and future generations. Precedent for the principle has clearly been established. The importance of the health and well-being of the nation is self-evident.
