2 STREET LIGHTS FOR EMPRESS AVENUE ALLEY, PENZANCE
1: To create lighting for safe walking through the alley
2: A safe walk home. As residents live behind Tolver Place, they need visible access to their homes and garages.
3: Reduction in crime (e.g. muggings, stabbings and other horrifying crimes.)
4: To help deter dog owners from leaving their poop on the ground. (due to it being too dark to pick up.)

Why is this important?
To feel safe when walking through the alley. It's so dark you can't even see where your going - this is for most nights.
Recent news of people dressing up as clowns to hurt and/or frighten people is an added worry in such a dark alleyway. Personally, I don't feel safe walking down that alleyway, but my neighbours and I live there and that is the only access route to our homes.
Which ever end of the alleyway you use, it is still pitch black for the majority of it.
