A new local plan for Bolsover District
Residents of Bolsover District ask the Council to prepare for submission to the Planning Inspectorate a new Local Plan, within 36 months that adequately address the needs to of the District.
Why is this important?
The current Local Plan (March 2020) has already exceeded its housing and employment targets. However the Districts transport, infrastructure and amenities have not kept pace with the rate of housing development being built.
Strategic sites allocated in the Local Plan have failed to materialise and yet the targets have still been met.
If we get 1000 signatures then we can force a full council debate.
