Abolish 6 year defaults on credit reports
It is absolutely disgusting that a default for an unpaid bill stops on your credit report for 6 Years. This prevents people from gaining credit for 6 years. this is a completely unreasonable ridiculous amount of time to percecute somebody.
Why is this important?
It's important because people need credit to buy houses etc and to percecute somebody for 6 years is absolutely ridiculous, especially for an amount as low as 1 pence. It's a direct attack by the government to keep people poor and to stop people advancing in life.
