To: Speaker of the House of Commons

Allow clapping in the House of Commons and improve other 'Parliamentary behaviour'.

I want the Speaker to bring the House of Commons into the 21st century by allowing polite behaviour eg applause (as happens in the Scottish Parliament) and stopping bad behaviour, such as seen at PM's questions, which brings Parliament no credit.

Why is this important?

Because the Speaker admonished SNP MP's for clapping (a traditional way of showing approval) yet allows braying, guffawing, jeering, gestures and bellowing week after week, particularly at PM question times- which is one reason MPs are not respected.
