Allow David and Cindy Pountney home to care for their sick parents

A Broseley couple should be allowed to return to England so that they can look after his Mom and Dad who are suffering serious health issues.

The High Court have agreed to allowing the couple, he is English and she is an American, visas to return to Broseley in Shropshire but Theresa May has appealed the High Court decision which will mean another 2 years being added to the time they can actually appeal again and she has also said that she will oppose their visas right up to the time of their third appeal.

As you can imagine our locals are up in arms that this pair have been blocked from coming home. David Jnrs Mom and Dad are in their 80's and in failing health and want their son and his American wife to look after them - they dont want social workers or health carers they want their own kin. David Jnrs family have worked hard all their lives and his ancestors have fought and given their lives for this country and this is how much Theresa May cares about their sacrifice.

The criteria for issuing their visas has been made impossible for this couple to attain and Davids Jnrs father has even said that he will support his daughter-in-law when she is allowed to come into the country.

Why is this important?

It is very important that they are allowed to come home.
