Allow all Citizens of England a Referendum Vote on England becoming an Independent Country

To allow all English Citizens and Legal Residents of England to have a Referendum "Should England be an Independent Country"

Why is this important?

This is very important to me because the Union as it stands is not equally represented by all the countries of England, Scotland, Wales and the North of Ireland. England is a strong country with an illustrious past and can easily stand alone as an Independent Country. It is a one sided Union with whatever England votes for, it applies to the other countries of Scotland, Wales and the North of Ireland regardless of what the other countries voted for or is in their interest. There are cultural and social differences between all the countries which make up the Union and each have different needs which do not necessary suit each other. As Independent countries they can shape their own destiny's.
