Allow informal child care in the north east

Please allow informal child care in those areas under local lockdown. Extended family members are a valuable resource for beleaguered parents who are working. This country needs to work but the government have removed child care for most parents.

Why is this important?

For the mental welfare of the parents, the wellbeing of extended family members and the welfare of the children
