Allow serving British Army soldiers to bring their families to the UK

As revealed in a story by Lucy Fisher (https://www.thetimes.co.uk/article/commonwealth-soldiers-don-t-earn-enough-to-bring-families-with-them-mflwllmqv) Commonwealth soldiers enlisted in the British Army are having to work second jobs to earn the minimum required under visa rules to bring their children to the UK.

We want the Government to make an exemption for those who put their own lives at risk to serve their Queen and country to these visa rules.
