Allow the beauty industry in the Highlands of Scotland to open along with Hair Salons on 15th of July 2020 with appropriate PPE and infection control measures in place. Many self-employed people and small businesses are on the brink of going under. In comparison to pubs opening, there is far less risk as experienced and qualified beauticians ensure all tools and environment are sanitised routinely. Masks/shields can be worn.

The spread of Covid has been far different in the Highlands of Scotland in comparison to other, more densely populated areas of Scotland. The risk has been far less. Opening up beauty salons will give local economy a much needed boost.
