Ask Chelsea FC to reimburse the Arab man who's cafe the fans destroyed.

At the Europa league, Chelsea fans destroyed an Arab man's cafe, and one of the fans assaulted him. We are requesting that Chelsea FC reimburse this man for the damage caused.

Why is this important?

Football clubs need to take some responsibility for the action of their fans.
