Ban balloon releases

When a balloon is released many find it a symbolic gesture of the balloon flying to heaven. In reality the balloon comes back down to earth as litter. It endangers wildlife and livestock as well as being unsightly. I have seen first hand and rescued a young puffin wrapped up in balloons, without intervention it would have died a long painful death. Turtles eat balloons believing them jelly fish and curious livestock often with eat balloons or get tangled in their strings.

Balloon releases are litters and there's no excuse for it.
