Ban Dogs From Parked Cars ... No Matter What Time Of Year

The Government needs to bring in legislation that any animal should not be left in a vehicle of any description without adequate food, water or ventilation.
Owners of dogs who leave their animals should be prosecuted for animal cruelty.

Why is this important?

no animal should be forced to cook alive in any country... As a nation of animal lovers, this should be banned. Leave your pet at home !
