Bank refunds
When you buy anything using your bank card the payment leaves your bank account immediately. When you return or ask for a refund it takes 5 to 7 working days to get back to your account. This needs to be addressed as a lot of people need the money.
Why is this important?
There must be millions of pounds waiting to be refunded into accounts. If the money can be taken from bank accounts immediately, why can it not be refunded immediately. A lot of people need their money back and it seems in this day of technology ludicrous that people cannot get an immediate refund.
