A council has said it will remove "anti-homeless" bars from benches after receiving "extensive feedback".

Remove the metal bands on benches in the town that have been installed to prevent people sleeping on them

Why is this important?

Like most large towns we have an ever increasing number of homeless people.This is not the answer, the money would be far better used addressing the problem of the homeless.
