Bring back affordable live cycling streaming on Eurosport in UK & Ireland

We, the cycling community want Warner Bros Discovery to rethink their removal of cycling from an affordable platform in the UK and Ireland to a costly monthly sports package. Seeing an increase over the past 2 years of £340 annually
Why is this important?
We, the undersigned would like Warner Bros Discovery to rethink it's decision to lump cycling into a £31 per month all sports package.
This may seem, to Warner Bros Discovery a smart move to generate revenue, when in fact many cycling fans want the cycling content only.
Over the past 2 years the cost imposed on the cycling fan has increased £340 a year.
At the end of 2023, Warner Bros Discovery took the decision to close down Global Cycling Network (GCN) which featured all the racing, documentaries and more. Under a "streamlining of services" which meant users would no longer pay £30 a year, but £6.99 a month for Discovery+
On the 28th January, 2025 Discovery+ wrote to all subscribers to tell them that Discovery plus subscription would no longer cover the cycling and if we wish to continue watching the classics, grand tours and other one day racing we will need to subscribe to TNT sports.
The cycling community feels this is a misjudged step. Many of us were inspired by watching cycling on Eurosport to take up cycling. It has inspired generations of children to rides bikes both leisurely and at a competitive level. If we are going to continue to provide British and Irish talent to the sport, there needs to be an affordable platform for children to watch it on.
Children are more likely to want to participate in sport if they can see it.
Warner Bros Discovery greed is a massive miss-step and has under estimated the cycling community, many of whom do not have the disposable income for this price hike.
Cycling is not just a sport, it's science, geography and history lessons all in one. Not only does the sport entertain, it educates.
