Bring Back Legal Aid
Bring back the fundamental right to legal aid and justice. David Cameron's government has prevented the low paid from access to legal help. This is affecting many and in particular children in Civil Law cases. It has undermined the law, the profession itself and human rights.
Why is this important?
The right to be heard- to be represented in court - to gain justice - has become the privilege of the wealthy. Many people on low incomes have been unable to solve Civil Law cases due to legal aid being withdrawn by the government. It has made a mockery of the legal system- it must be re-instated
