Bring back the X31 bus service to Hemel Hempstead/Luton

I request that the X31 bus serservice is to be reinstated. It has brought great inconvenience to the people in the local villages.

Why is this important?

Because it is a great inconvenience to the local people, I myself, can no longer get to school anymore. Other people have had to leave their jobs because they have no other way of getting into work. It is a disgrace that they can afford a water park in the local area (worth 1.1 million pounds!) But not to fund a crucial service!
