To: Dan Stephens, Chief Fire Officer Merseyside.

Stop the Fire Support Network discrimination.

We are petitioning you to look further into bringing safety back to the people of Merseyside; Safety which has been removed by The Fire Support Network. This family run ''charity'' are penalizing some of the most vulnerable people on Merseyside by making them use Credit Union Loans to pay £25 for the installation of smoke alarms. Further to this it is believed they are clearing the houses of those with mental health problems associated to hoarding and selling items on eBay. Those who have worked closely with this charity have been either silenced or dismissed from services, sometimes on dubious circumstances, we are asking you to take a further look into their practices which could bring the fire service into disrepute.

Why is this important?

Safety of vulnerable and poorer people of Merseyside.

Possible exploitation of those vulnerable

Unfair dismissal and silencing of staff and volunteers.

We NEED a fire service which helps ALL the people of Merseyside to keep safe, not to place restrictions and make fire safety an issue only for the middle-classes only.

How it will be delivered
