Cap private rents in Cornwall

Private tenancy rents need to be capped in Cornwall.

Cornwall is economically deprived.

There are retired people paying 60% of their pension to private landlords.

This matter should be brought before parliament for urgent reform.

Why is this important?

Paying extortionate rent in a time of a cost of living crisis is totally unacceptable.
