Clear Cornforth of Rat Infestation and Dangerous Building
We the undersigned are signing this petition to bring awareness to our MP Phil Wilson of ….......
An escalating infestation of rats in Cornforth which leaves the residents in this community living in an unhealthy and dangerous environment..
A derelict public house. The Balaclava, which is in an unstable condition and more than likely the source of the rat infestation. The extraordinary amount of rotting debri in the rear yard of this building. A perfect environment for the rat population to breed and increase.
The condition of an exterior wall of this building which is in danger of collapse.
The broken windows of this building from which the pavement is covered in glass and on part of the route for children to and from the school.
The main door of this building which is not secure and could allow children to gain entry into an unstable and dangerous environment.
This is the first step in seeking a resolution to the above problems. If not successful this community must take a second step through the media.

Why is this important?
In the village of Cornforth is a deserted public house in an extremely unsafe condition and is also being used as a point for fly tipping.
