Climate Crisis Taxes & Subsidies

Make the following law to effectively tackle the climate crisis - All companies currently and forthwith operating in the UK must pay taxes to the tune of the amount of money required to offset their carbon footprint. Companies that are operating at a carbon negative footprint will receive subsidies to to encourage the usage of their business model.
