Diesel car owners were missold and misinformed about the emissions from their vehicles for years and should now be compensated to be able to change or convert their vehicle.

Why is this important?

Emissions are causing dangerous levels of pollution and having a detrimental effect on people's health. More environmentally-friendly power is needed.
