Cover ups, bullying , poor and dangerous practice at fgh
We need a criminal investigation into the terrible neglect and poor clinical practice In The urology department as described by Consultant Surgeon Peter Duffy in his book “ Wind in the Wind” which details his Experience working for the trust in Lancaster and Barrow. The surgeons responsible are still employed by the trust. Mr Duffy tried to bring this to the attention of managers and senior administration staff with little or no action. We want an investigation to ensure our safety as members of the general public.
Why is this important?
We want to ensure these hospitals are safe and that hospital staff and patients feel their concerns will be properly investigated and there will be no negative repercussions. We need the clinical practice of the staff discussed in the book to be assessed in order to promote confidence in both staff and patients.
