I want a full investigation on deaths to rough sleepers. and councils held responsible and charged with neglect if people die on the streets sleeping rough due to not enough services provided or help given.

Why is this important?

Rough sleepers deserve justice and not enough help is given by local councils some one needs to be held responsible for deaths on our streets if rough sleepers are neglected by councils .
