Debate the failure of the Military and Dubai police to find Timmy Maccoll.

There has been little communication between the two police forces and the family. The family desperately need to know that all resources have been employed in the search for Timmy, who is a member of Her Majesty's Armed Forces.
Timmy is a serving member of our armed forces..we need to find out what happened to him on the night he went missing....by recahing 100,000 signitures on the petition we can forward this to the house of commons to look at for debate, poor Timmy is out there somewhere and it seems the police and the Navy are keeping this very quiet!!
