Allow those with hidden disabilities such as autism less immediately obvious illnesses to be entitled to a blue badge.

Treat every one with hidden disabilities the same to allow them to have a blue badge

Why is this important?

There will be people who

Don't like crowded car parks where in disabled you have extra room

Will make them feel more independent so they can park closer
