Discrimination hits disabled

Please reconsider charging disabled shoppers getting plastic bags from supermarkets etc. Some disabled shoppers cannot carry as much shopping in the one bag as able bodied persons thus meaning the disabled person may need to get more bags.This is where ministers would be making a shopping experience more costly for the disabled.

If a disabled person decides to buy something whilst out and must get a plastic bag to carry it in because of their disability, and is charged for this, surely this is discrimination.

I feel ministers are being unfair to disabled people who have difficulty carrying items in their hands, and charging them for plastic bags when indeed, their disability, prevents them from carrying shopping in either one or both hands and where they need to hang these bags from their wheelchair/buggy or crutches etc. Please reconsider this charge for the disabled.
