Dog Theft Laws To Be Changed

Change the law so it’s actually classed on the same level as kidnapping. As some people can’t have/choose not to have children.

Why is this important?

All I see at the moment is dogs being stolen on a daily basis and it’s an absolute disgrace!
Someone’s family member in the hands of someone else who has unlawfully took them without consent it’s disgusting!!!!
