End pay freeze for working class heroes
To bring and end to the 1percent pay freeze for all members of the emergency services.
Why is this important?
Their standards of living have been sacrificed to the ideology of austerity
The whole world has witnessed their preparedness to sacrifice themselves for others- with no thought for their own safety
As a society we should be ashamed of how they have been treated and made an example of.
But this hasn't lessened their commitment to serve, to sacrifice and to run towards danger.
Lifting the pay freeze is the least we can do.
