Ensure People on Benefits Receive them while Covid 19 is active

To ensure everyone who has to do job searches, attend appointments at Job Centres, Assessments etc will not have their benefits stopped if they are told to self-isolate, become ill for any reason or businesses are closed because of quarantine measures so no job vacancies available to apply for.

People who need to claim UC and cannot leave the house due to self-isolating should not be left with no income because they cannot get to Job Centre to prove Identity. If assessments have to be cancelled for ESA/PIP/DLA and any other benefits that might require assessments by either the person to be assessed because they need to self-isolate or the person who would take them has to or the assessment centre itself is closed or cancels then benefit assessment should just be judged by a paper assessment so people are not left without income to help them cope, especially during a possible time of national emergency.

Also, there should be in place something to ensure benefits are paid even if every DWP dept closes, again so people are not left to suffer unable to pay bills or buy food.
